Your satisfaction with Ace Trophy is very important to us. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns on shapewear that has been tried on, used, worn or stretched since our garments are considered underwear and touch very intimate parts. We would never send something that has been tried on by someone else to any of our customers.
Please note if your package gets lost or stolen from your mailbox we will help you open a claim with USPS (where applicable) but we will not issue a refund or resend the order as we are not to be held responsible for lost or damages caused by a third party. Once the order has been shipped you will get an email with a tracking number and a link.
IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an Ace Trophy E-Gift Card. Ace Trophy LLC does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and shipped back in the correct manner.
